Tatsumi Hayashi
was born in Japan
in 1964. He was born in the year of dragon on the east
calendar.
His name is related to myfological creature, because
his name - is the combination of two hieroglyphs tatsu
and mi that are means wonderful dragon.
He graduates an Institute in Osaka, and works as a
chief in only high levels restaurants up to 25 years.
In 1989 he was invited to France, for work as a chief
to the one of the famous restaurants in Paris "Du
genoy".
The cuisine and the quality of service which were appreciated
by two Michelin stars ("Red Guide Michelin"
\ "Le Guide Rouge Michelin" - which is the
most famous and influential in the restaurants ratings).
Just at the fact of the mention of restaurant in the
"Red Guide Michelin", even without any stars,
it is recognizable of chief's skills, which gives a
powerful incentive to commercial and to the world recognition.
